Service:

Hide Park lockers are provided at Basilar Festival (Queimadela Fafe, 11–14 September) by a third party. Use of the service implies acceptance of these terms.

User Responsibility:

• You use the locker at your own risk.
• You must provide valid personal data and a valid ID at registration.
• You are responsible for your locker code and must not share it.
• Do not store prohibited, dangerous, or high-value items.

Liability:

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items, except where intent or gross negligence is proven.
• We are not responsible for: forgotten/inadequate code settings by the user; improper or forced use of the locker by third parties; storage of prohibited or unsuitable items.

Usage & Payment:

• Rental fees are payable upfront.
• Lockers are subject to on-site availability. Pre-registration speeds up check-in but does not guarantee a locker.
• Each locker includes a charging option.
• Padlock fee: €5 security fee. Refunded at checkout unless the padlock must be broken due to a forgotten code.
• Refunds: only for unused days when leaving early, calculated at the daily rate. Refunds do not apply if you purchased the discounted full-festival rate.
• Day count: each rental day runs from 14:00 of the first day until 13:59 of the following day. Unused days are calculated accordingly.

Misuse & Termination: If lockers are misused (e.g., storing prohibited items, forced entry, disruptive behaviour), service may be terminated without refund.

Safety: The locker area is under CCTV monitoring. Please respect the space, keep noise low, and clean up after yourself.
